Registration

The event is generally free. To help us estimate the number of participants, we would appreciate it if you registered. For activities that incur a cost — such as skilift tickets, dinner, or overnight accommodation — specific tickets are available for purchase during the registration process.

Change of program or annulation

The organizer reserves the right to modify the program or cancel the event should unforeseen circumstances make this necessary. In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will refund the cost of tickets purchased via “eventfrog.ch” provided the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event. No other costs (such as travel expenses, external bookings, etc.) will be reimbursed.

Individual responsibility

Snowboarding is always associated with an increased risk of accidents. Therefore a considerable degree of self-responsibility and circumspection of the participants as well as compliance with the rules of conduct for alpine winter sports are assumed. A helmet is required for the event.

Insurance / liability

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The organizer declines all liability (in particular for accidents, damages and theft). Liability, including negligence, is expressly excluded by the organizer.

Imagery

The film and picture material, which has been produced during the event, depicting participants may be used by the organizer for the Internet appearance, advertising campaigns and event reports or the like without consultation with the affected parties.

This website is linked to pages of third parties on whose content the organizer has no influence. To this extent, the operators concerned act on their own responsibility.
